We're joining forces and moving into new premises...
As costs for ourselves (and our customers) continue to increase, we have been looking at plans to ensure we can continue to provide, and improve, our services over the long term.
We have been presented with the opportunity to move our store to the Internet Reptile site at Quayside Court in Colwick, which has the following benefits
- 7 day a week click & collect on 3000+ items
- parking in front of the store
- a chance to rebuild a brand new reptile room over the coming months
- the greater expertise and knowledge that comes from being part of a larger team
Now we're happy this is the right decision (both for us and taking into account the improvements we can offer our customers) and we've had the chance to finalise the plan, we'll be getting to work on implementing changes straight away.
We'll still be open on Carlton Hill this week and over the weekend for livefood, frozen food and supplies; but please keep an eye on our facebook page and website for updates.
